How It Works

From technical knowledge to practical understanding.

Your product knowledge already exists. It lives in manuals, spec sheets, training decks, engineers' heads, sales reps' experience, and videos. BrandReady turns it into focused interactive training that the people selling, supporting, and using your products can actually absorb.

For the learner

The BrandReady training method.

BrandReady training is built around four practical stages. Here is what each one actually does, with a live piece of each.

Stage 01

Learn It

The concept, explained at the level the learner actually needs. BrandReady builds explanations in layers, so a first-week hire gets the working version while a veteran can go as deep as the engineering.

A fictional sonar display. Ten seconds of dragging teaches what a paragraph about display luminance never will.

Stage 02

See It

Difficult concepts become easy when the learner can push on them. Instead of reading that two specs trade off, they move a control and watch it happen.

Simulators Interactive diagrams Cause and effect Before and after Feature behavior

Stage 03

Use It

Knowledge that stops at the concept is trivia. This stage connects it to the real situation: which customer, which product, which question to ask, what to demonstrate.

In sales-focused courses this stage becomes Sell It: comparison training, customer qualification, counter guidance, and the questions that close the right sale.
Example scenario
"I need a fish finder for my kayak. Which one should I get?"
The trained response starts with a question: "How are you actually going to use it?"
Recommendation: the lighter, longer-running unit. The spec-sheet winner loses this customer, and the trained employee knows why.

Stage 04

Check It

Understanding gets verified, not assumed. Courses end with graded checks built from scenario questions, not memorization, and finish with a scored, printable completion result.

Coming Soon

Where the system grows next.

Two natural extensions of the existing training system, in development consideration. Neither is a current production feature.

Future

Progress and score reporting

  • Persistent learner progress
  • Score history over time
  • Manager visibility into completions
  • Completion monitoring across a team
Future

Certification options

  • Certification status per course
  • Required passing scores
  • Renewal or expiration options
  • Proof of completion

Both build directly on the scored knowledge checks that exist today. When a client project needs them, they get scoped as part of that project.
